During summer months (from May to October) and on Ristorante FRE’s closing days, the stage is open for FRE Bistrot: same philosophy translated in simple, traditonal dishes, an easy-going and dynamic setting and all the comfort, quality and personality of FRE.
FRE Bistrot serves various cold dishes based on local products from small producers – Buffalo Mozzarella from Moris & Raw Ham from Pastorelli, fresh seasonal salad, stuffed Focaccia – and different hot dishes of the day, presented on our blackboard.
From May until October FRE Bistrot is open every day on our open-air terrace, weather permitting, and on FRE closing days (Monday, Tuesday and seasonal holidays) in the restaurant dining room.
Cold dishes menu is available all day long while hot dishes menu is served during lunch time (12.30 am-2.00 pm) and during dinner time (7.00-9.30 pm).
